Cara McLeod is Mahlab's Chief Executive Officer after joining the agency in 2015 as Publisher and Head of Client Partnerships. Mahlab is an award-winning marketing and communications agency specialising in B2B and servicing global clients such as Salesforce, Zoom, VMware, ABB, Slack and Adyen. Mahlab was a finalist in Smart50 Workplaces 2023.

Prior to joining Mahlab, Cara held sales and business development roles in publishing in Sydney and New York.
