Bopha is a Managing Director in Dexus' Infrastructure business and leads the energy and renewables team. Prior to Dexus, Bopha was Head of Corporate Development at AGL Energy Limited where she was responsible for leading much of their M&A activity across the energy sector. Bopha has also worked at Export Finance and Insurance Corporation, originating and executing international structured finance transactions.

Bopha holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments through Finsia. Bopha is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Bopha is currently a director of Powerco, NZ. Bopha's prior directorships include Endeavour Energy, Evergen and Solar Analytics.
