Angelina is a highly sought after facilitator, coach and consultant. She has 20+ years experience running women's leadership development programs within corporations, professional service firms, the education and not-for-profit sectors. She has also worked as a management consultant in both Australia & the United Kingdom.
Angelina's passion is helping women be and become the leaders they want and need to be. She was introduced to positive psychology (PP) in 2004 and has voraciously studied, applied and taught in the field ever since. In 2020, she completed a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, with her Capstone thesis called, "Thriving Women, Thriving Workplaces," discussing a new approach to workplace gender equality, women's wellbeing and wellbeing for all.
She also currently teaches Positive Psychology to Masters students in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University.
Angelina is a mum, a step mum, a fur-baby mum, a wife, a daughter, an aunty, sister and godmother. She likes big books and has lived in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and London.
