Dress for Success Hobart
Amanda French is the founder and CEO of Dress for Success Hobart, a charity that empowers women to achieve economic independence through employment. She has spent the past 10 years working on a range of projects in the not for profit and charity space including the hugely successful suicide prevention initiative SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY. Amanda is an active volunteer and former president of the Hobart Make a Wish branch and now sits on their national board as a Director.
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Tasmania and has a Masters in Criminology and Corrections. She also completed the Tasmanian Leaders Program in 2016 and was named the 2020 Emerging Leader in the Tasmanian Council of Social Services International Women’s Day Awards.
