Alison is a People & Culture professional with close to 20 years experience working with businesses to support strong growth ambitions through the creation of compelling employee experiences.

Most recently, Alison worked with REA Group for 8 years, holding a variety of senior leadership roles, including HR Director for the Asia businesses and working alongside the CEO in the creation of REAx, a new business focused on innovation for REA Group.

Earlier in her time at REA Group, Alison was seconded to the role of Chief People Officer, leading the global P&C team while representing the function at an executive level.

Alison’s prior experience extends into the utilities and financial services industries, in business partnering roles at AusNet Services, McMillan Shakespeare and AAMI.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Business (Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
