Ainsley has spent the last 20 years in challenging people & cultures roles in blue chip ASX listed and progressive state government organisations. She thrives in working in entrepreneurial, greenfield and transformation environments. Ainsley is also a qualified Non Executive Director and has served on Boards since 2002, and is currently a Director of the Australian Network on Disability. She is an experienced coach and mentor.

Ainsley's varied social purpose interests and career experiences help her support mentees with pursuing career and life goals, career planning and transitions, building confidence and influence in leadership, exploring starting a new business or enterprise, and pursuing financial independence.
