Mentor Walks connects rising female leaders with experienced women from diverse professions for an informal, one-hour outdoor walk focused on open conversation and shared experience.
For mentors, there is no minimum commitment and no follow-up required. You sign up, join a walk, share your insights, and that’s it until next time.
Mentor Walks 連繫新晉女性領袖與來自不同行業、經驗豐富的女性，透過輕鬆的一小時戶外行走，進行開放對話與經驗分享。

Mentors are accomplished women with significant professional experience — whether senior executives, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, or experts in their fields. They serve as role models, offering perspective and encouragement to other women in our community.
Mentees are working women — early- to mid-career professionals or entrepreneurs — who are seeking advice, perspective, or inspiration. Mentees are not students; all participants must already be active in the workforce.
導師為具豐富專業經驗的卓越女性——無論是高層管理人員、企業家、意見領袖或各領域專家。她們以身作則，為社群中的女性提供視野與鼓勵。
學員為在職女性——職涯初至中期的專業人士或創業者——尋求建議、觀點或啟發。學員不是學生；所有參與者須已在職場。
